Buck20 (“the Provider”) agrees to allow the buyer and subsequent riders named below (“the Participant”) to use one or more of its products, including but not limited to the Buck20 (“the Bike”) on the terms and conditions set out below:

The Participant agrees to:

wear appropriate safety equipment while using the Bike including a helmet that complies with Australian safety standards and suitable footwear and clothing;

follow the instructions of the Provider 

comply with all applicable road rules and laws while using the Bike; and

assume responsibility for the Bike

The Participant agrees not to:

use the Bike in a way that endangers the Participant or other persons;

tamper with, dismantle, or remove any part of the Bike;

use the Bike on any terrain or in any conditions that are likely to damage the Bike or that are 

beyond the skill level of the Participant.

The Participant is satisfied that the Bike provided to it is functioning correctly, is in a roadworthy condition and is free of any pre-existing damage.

The Participant warrants that they:

are in a fit condition to use the Bike and are within any height and/or weight restrictions 

imposed by the Provider;

do not suffer from any medical conditions that may be adversely affected by using the Bike or 

could make it unsafe to do so; and

possess the skills and experiences necessary to safely use the Bike.

The Participant acknowledges that there are dangers and inherent risks involved with using the Bike. The Participant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Provider and its respective servants, agents, or contractors against all actions, claims, suits, expenses, demands and damages suffered arising out of the Participant’s usage of the Bike. 

The Participant has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and is satisfied to be bound by them.

If the Participant is under the age of eighteen then these Terms and Conditions have been read and understood by their legal guardian and signed below by them on behalf of the Participant.
